Challenge starts Monday, May 6th. π
Day 1 vs Day 30: the goal is to push yourself through the challenge so you can see some results and develop better eating habits, as well as the discipline to workout even after the challenge is over.

Water goal: Gallon a day
Meals: Follow the standard meal plan provided, make substitutions when necessary. Post meals in the group chat or on social media.
Progress pics: Do them.
Workouts: Check in daily.
Equipment: none necessary. You can always add resistance for more of a challenge.
