Here are some exercises you can do at home, outside or at the gym.

 

Upper Body focus. Grab some weights & resistance bands if you have them. 💪🏽 Let's keep applying pressure even at home, summer is still coming!!

Push for 12-15 reps of each move for 4 sets.

- Weighted sit ups w/ press

- Pushups

- Chest press w/ leg raise

- Glute bridge w/ pullover

- Bent over DB rows

- Alt bicep curls

_ Rows in static squat

- Wide rows in static squat

- Bent over single arm DB Row

- Squat press w/ resistance

 

Activate those glutes

Grab some ankle weights & a mat

Do 3 sets of 20 for each exercise

Feel the burn!


Here’s a day of my ab challenge that I posted in November; the rest can be found on my IG page @nicb.fit *you’ll have to scroll down a bit :)*

Do 4 x 12 each

1. Plank w/ alt. shoulder & knee tap

2. Side elbow plank with leg lift

3. Plank with bunny hops

4. T twists (side plank & turn)


Full body workout

This workout can be done at home, or at the gym (no weights necessary. Try each exercise in a circuit, 3 rounds: 60s, 45s & 30s.

- Walkouts

- Burpees

- Inchworms

- Switch Lunges


Resistance Band Workout

You can do this workout at the privacy of your own home, or at the gym. Do 3 sets of 15 of each exercise:

1. Alternating Bicep Curls

2. Single & Double Shoulder Presses

3. Tricep Kickbacks

4. Reverse Fly

5. Single Leg Kickbacks

6. Squat & Shoulder Press
