These bands can come 3 in a pack with a stylish carrying bag; you can also buy them individually or 2 sizes at once. Red is small, gray is medium and black is large. The sizes refer the the circumference of the band. With the smaller bands, you can place around your thighs or ankles and do squats or sidesteps, etc. With the medium band, you can do lunges with the band above your knees and other dynamic movements that target the glutes. Try doing movents with the medium band above your knees and the small band right above your ankles, thank me later. With the large band, you can keep resistance with wider leg movements while squatting or on the leg press. Sizes of the bands also correlates to your size, so I made it easier for everyone and included all three 😉 And no these bands don’t roll, just in case you were wondering 😉
